Ingredients:
130ml Claras D’ovo
50gr Skyr Milbona (Protein yogurt)
10gr Casein Passion Fruit Scitec
Recipe:
Anti-stick frying pan, a little coconut oil not to graze, to add the egg whites, little quantity to be slim, let to bake of the two sides.
Mix the yogurt with the casein protein, add water to get more liquid and cinnamon.
